As positions become available, a TSP representative will contact you to discuss opportunities. Employees are also encouraged to maintain contact with their recruiter weekly to stay informed of available jobs.

As your contract position comes to a cessation and new positions become available that meet your skills and career objectives, your TSP representative will work with you to discuss opportunities. Job seekers are also encouraged to maintain regular communication with their recruiter.

No. One of the benefits of working with TSP is choice and flexibility. Employees have the option to decline positions that do not meet their expectations. We ask that employees only accept opportunities to which they can commit for the entire duration.

If you should become aware of a full-time opportunity that interests you, please contact your TSP recruiter. When appropriate we will advocate on your behalf.

Employees are paid on a weekly basis via check or direct deposit by submitting their hours worked for each placement.

Job seekers are never charged a fee for any of the services that we provide.
